Welcome to the website of Bounce Air Adventure Park (“Bounce Air,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, booking events, or entering our facility, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

All guests entering the activity fields must have a valid waiver on file.

1. Mandatory Liability Waiver & Facility Access

Waiver Requirement: Participation in any park attraction is strictly conditional upon the execution of a valid Bounce Air Liability Waiver.
Minors: All participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal court-appointed guardian.
Verification: No guest will be permitted past the check-in gate into the attraction zones without a confirmed waiver on file.

2. Footwear & Grip Sock Policy

To ensure participant safety and maintain facility hygiene, we enforce a strict footwear policy:

Attraction Participants: Bounce Air grip socks are mandatory for anyone participating in any attraction, including the trampoline zones, ninja course, climbing walls, climbing pillars, ropes course, sports court, soft play, and toddler ball pit. No shoes, bare feet, or third-party grip socks are permitted on the attractions.
Non-Participants & Spectators: No shoes or bare feet are allowed past the front desk check-in area. Spectators and non-participants who are not using the attractions must wear socks at all times (standard personal socks are acceptable for non-participants).

3. Attraction-Specific Rules

Guests must strictly adhere to posted safety signs and verbal instructions from Bounce Air staff.

Climbing Walls & Pillars: Harnesses, helmets and auto-belay systems must be inspected and attached exclusively by a Bounce Air staff member before climbing.
Ropes Course: Harnesses, helmets and track system must be inspected and attached exclusively by a Bounce Air staff member before climbing.
Soft Play & Toddler Ball Pit: These areas are strictly reserved for younger children. Adults are not permitted on the equipment unless actively supervising or assisting a child.
Attraction Availability: Attractions (including our upcoming ropes course) may be closed periodically for maintenance, safety inspections, or private events. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued due to temporary attraction closures.

4. Private Party Rooms & Event Bookings

Reservations Only: All private party rooms are available by reservation only and require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Outside Food & Beverage: To maintain safety and allergy controls, no outside food or drink is welcome inside the facility, with the sole exception of a birthday cake brought in for a confirmed, reserved private party room event.
Guest Waivers: It is the responsibility of the event host to ensure that all attending party guests have a completed waiver submitted online prior to the event start time.

5. Ticketing, Arcade, and Refunds

All Sales Final: All online and walk-in ticket sales, memberships, and event bookings are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for missed time slots.
Arcade Play Cards: Credits loaded onto arcade cards are non-refundable, hold no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for currency. Bounce Air is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged arcade cards.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service, your use of this website, and any contract or dispute arising from your interaction with Bounce Air are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings must be initiated in the courts holding jurisdiction over Somerset, Franklin Township, NJ.
