Do I need to sign a waiver before arriving?
Yes, everyone entering the park layout must have a signed waiver on file. Guests under 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. We highly recommend completing this online before your visit to speed up your check-in time!
Are special jumping socks required?
Yes, Bounce Air safety grip socks are required for all attractions. They help prevent slipping and keep our facilities clean. Grip socks can be purchased at the front desk and are yours to keep for future visits!
Can we bring our own grip socks?
To ensure the safety of all guests, we require Bounce Air grip socks to be worn on all attractions. If you have grip socks from another park, ask us about our sock-exchange program at the front desk!
I just want to watch, do I need socks?
Yes. All guests are asked to remove their shoes. For sanitary reasons, no bare feet are allowed in the facility. You are welcome to wear a pair of your own socks or purchase ours for $3.
Can I bring outside food and drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the main park areas. However, we have a fully stocked food court inside with refreshments, pizzas, and snacks. Exceptions are made for pre-booked birthday party packages, which are permitted to bring a birthday cake!
Some exceptions may also be allowed for allergy concerns. Please ask before arrival.
What is your cancellation policy for party packages?
Party cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a full refund or option to reschedule. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event forfeit the initial deposit but can be rescheduled for a future date based on venue availability.
Is gratuity included for party hosts?
Yes! To make things seamless for parents, a 10% service fee will be added to all party packages. This fee is distributed to the Party Host(s) who provide your event service. Additional gratuity is optional.
Do parents need to pay or stay with their kids?
Parental supervision is required at Bounce Air. Parents/guardians must remain in the building during the session, though they do not need to purchase a pass unless they plan to join in on the play areas. Note: for children under 42", a parent or guardian must closely supervise them near the play zones (including the ball pit).
Are there size or age restrictions for the atttactions?
Yes, safety parameters apply to certain zones. The ropes course and climbing structures require participants to be a minimum height of 42 inches to explore unassisted. Additionally, climbers must weigh between 45 and 298 pounds. Toddlers and smaller children (under 42") can safely enjoy our designated Soft Play area and Adventure Playground, but are unable to use the trampolines, ninja course or Super Climber.
